It has been a while since I last got on here, so I guess it's time. I came to my computer desk looking for my speeding ticket so I can go online and do my traffic school, and ending up checking email, family websites, and now here I am!
This week has been fun! I took two tests and did really well on them (I expected a lot worse), and I am more than halfway through the semester. I have been learning a lot, and, although I am still not a fan of studying, I still like school.
We finally got a close date for our house and it is 12/12, so we will hopefully be in by the 15th. I hope not any later, because Rick and I invited my family to come spend Christmas with us, and I'd like to have everything in it's place before they come. I'm going to put my older siblings to work painting the upstairs for me when they get here though, and the extra help will be nice. Shhhh...I haven't told them the good news yet!
Rick and I went to an outlet mall an hour or so from our house yesterday, and, let me tell ya...nothing more depressing than going shopping with someone who finds things that fit wonderfully in every single store. This is depressing because while Rick bought five or six things that look great on him, I only found two! I blame my genes for my jeans that don't fit! It's probably best I didn't find anything though, because we have been spending way too much money.

Hey Megan, yes I do remember you. It's good to hear from you guys. Ryan and Mical had told me that you had ended up back in Vegas. It sounds like you guys are doing great. I bet it is so nice that Rick is done with school . My husband just finished dental school last May and now we are living in Charleston, SC because he got into a Periodontics residency out here. We have about 2 1/2 years left and then we're done. I can't wait. Your new house sounds amazing. I wish you the best with it. I added you to our blog so we can keep in touch. Tell Rick I said hi. It's about time you check your blog:). I losted touch with so many cousins, and I am so grateful for blogging so we can keep in touch with each others lives. Grandma is always kind enough to fill me in, but someday she won't be able to. We are up to a whole lot of nothing. Trying to figure out what to do with lifes dealings. I am at home with two VERY BUSY little boys, especially my older one. Derrick is working cable right now and is trying to figure out how to get out of it. Congratulations to your hubby for his graduation, and especially that new house of yours. Can we move in with you?LOL! So what are you going to school for?
