I love running. As I have before mentioned, I am training for a marathon, and I am having so much fun! I have always wanted to be a runner, like my dad and Grandfather, but have always wimped out at the slightest discomfort. I have now been running for about two months, at least four times a week, and it is so cool to see how fast you progress when you really work at something, and how, when you make up your mind to do something, all the huge obsticles (before) seem to be nothing at all.

This was my first week of school and it blew by. All my teachers are very entertaining, and I am sure I am going to enjoy this semester. My favorite classes so far are history and COM 101, but I truly enjoy all of them because of the teachers.

I got a new couch! Rick and I wanted a sectional for our new house, but I couldn't find one that I liked. We finally found one that we decided to get when we moved in, but I was just getting it because it was the best I could find. Then, the other day, I went into this furniture store and I found my couch! It is huge and has super comfortable down cushions and I'm in love. I bought it and they are going to deliver it when we move into our new house, which is good, because I didn't know where I was going to put it, because we already have livingroom furniture in our apartment. Only four more weeks and we will be in! Yay!

I gave Lola her first haircut the other day, and she looks so much thinner. I love that dog. She is so sweet and cuddly and mellow, unlike her counterpart, Izzy. I can't wait till I have dogs AND babies.
